SHIPPING POLICY
  • Our preference is to use standard ground shipping with tracking, usually USPS. Should you wish your order expedited please be in contact to discuss other options 

  • Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days, with exception of pre-orders and custom orders, which may take up to 28 days. An estimated shipping date will be given by email on receipt of order.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Whenever possible we use recycled or reclaimed packing materials.

  • Currently shipping outside the USA is not available. However, please be in touch if you would like to discuss International Shipping Rates.

 

Customer Collection Option

Whenever we can, we like to save on your shipping costs. Customer collection option is available for customers who are willing to travel to our workshop or to a collection point within the Bristol, VT locality.

RETURN POLICY

I gladly accept returns if the following conditions are upheld:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back, at buyers cost, within 14 days of delivery. 

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I gladly accept cancellation of an order if received within 2 days of order.

Exclusions

​The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Damaged and lost deliveries

If you receive damaged or defective glassware due to damaged packaging, or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable period (as per tracking notifications) please notify us, and the carrier immediately. The insurance on the package from the carrier may cover the damage or loss.

Please do not ship damaged glassware back to us, but email us photos of the damaged glassware and the box and packaging, from all angles, so that we can assist you in finding the best way to handle the situation.
